OTHER
1. Julius Brantner
There is no other country that people associate bread with as much as Germany. However, there are only a few bakers left who have mastered their craft as well as Julius Brantner's. Long rest periods, in-house natural sourdough and the best organic quality ingredients ensure that the breads are much more digestible than conventional baked goods, taste more intense and stay fresh for a long time without any additives. However, it is difficult to assess whether the baked goods actually stay fresh for up to 5 days, as they are eaten by the second day at the latest. Stopping by and trying it is definitely worth it, even if there is a risk of never wanting to eat another bread afterwards!
