Sales Manager LEH (m/f/d)

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and win new retail partners (especially in the German grocery sector such as Edeka, Rewe, etc.) to grow our market presence

  • Manage and grow existing B2B accounts via phone, email, and field visits

  • Visit stores regularly to ensure strong brand visibility, product availability, and shelf presentation

  • Support our Key Account Managers with large accounts, including promotion planning, placements, and retail coordination

  • Help organize and attend trade shows and industry events with a B2B focus

What you bring to the table:

  • A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a similar field

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales within the grocery retail sector (LEH)

  • Confidence using CRM tools and quick to learn new systems

  • Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging presence

  • A detail-oriented, reliable working style

  • You're enthusiastic, adaptable, and bring a high level of empathy

  • A true team player who takes initiative and focuses on solutions

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level

  • A valid driver’s license
