Sales Manager LEH (m/f/d) full-time, starting immediately in Munich

Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for the targeted acquisition and support of existing and new customers in the food retail sector – by telephone and in the field
  • During regular market visits, you ensure that our items are visibly placed, optimally presented and that product availability is guaranteed
  • You will support our sales team in maintaining B2B customer relationships . This primarily means interacting with people, making phone calls, and documenting – especially in the retail environment.
  • You will support the support of important and high-revenue customers within the framework of key account management and will be responsible for sustainable customer satisfaction and loyalty – while also keeping an eye on trading structures, promotions and placements
  • You plan trade fair participation and visits in the B2B sector with a focus on relevant industry formats in the retail sector
  • You are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our CRM system
  • You are actively involved in the further development of our acquisition and communication processes to make them smoother and more efficient

  • You have completed a degree in communication, marketing, business administration, or similar
  • You have experience in the areas of customer happiness, customer service or communication
  • You enjoy dealing with a wide variety of people, are articulate and expressive
  • Your working style is characterized by accuracy and reliability
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and empathy are your strengths
  • You are a team player with high initiative and think in solutions, not problems
  • You have very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
  • You have a valid driver's license
