Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for the targeted acquisition and support of existing and new customers in the food retail sector – by telephone and in the field
- During regular market visits, you ensure that our items are visibly placed, optimally presented and that product availability is guaranteed
- You will support our sales team in maintaining B2B customer relationships . This primarily means interacting with people, making phone calls, and documenting – especially in the retail environment.
- You will support the support of important and high-revenue customers within the framework of key account management and will be responsible for sustainable customer satisfaction and loyalty – while also keeping an eye on trading structures, promotions and placements
- You plan trade fair participation and visits in the B2B sector with a focus on relevant industry formats in the retail sector
- You are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our CRM system
- You are actively involved in the further development of our acquisition and communication processes to make them smoother and more efficient

- You have completed a degree in communication, marketing, business administration, or similar
- You have experience in the areas of customer happiness, customer service or communication
- You enjoy dealing with a wide variety of people, are articulate and expressive
- Your working style is characterized by accuracy and reliability
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and empathy are your strengths
- You are a team player with high initiative and think in solutions, not problems
- You have very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
- You have a valid driver's license
