Your tasks:
- You take over customer support and are the first point of contact for customers
- You support us in maintaining product data and in day-to-day operational tasks
- You will help to further develop our communication and documentation processes to make them smoother and more efficient and to increase customer satisfaction
- You create reports to measure and track our activities
Your profile:
- You are currently studying business administration, economics, or similar.
- You are helpful and solution-oriented and have a strong customer/service orientation
- Your working style is characterized by accuracy and reliability
- Communication, flexibility and empathy are your strengths
- You have very good German skills and good English skills (spoken and written)
