Ingredients

180 g oat flour

120 g ground almonds

100 g coconut blossom sugar

80 g starch (potato or corn)

70 g coconut oil, melted

60 ml plant drink

cinnamon (optional)

350 – 400 g apples

Mix all ingredients (except the apples) together in a bowl and spread half of the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Spread the fruit on the dough and then sprinkle the other half of the dough over the fruit.

Bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 25-30 minutes until the crumbles are light golden brown.
