INGREDIENTS:

3 ripe bananas

2 tbsp flaxseed eggs

100 gLini's Bites Gingerbread Cream     

50 g vegan butter

200 g oat flour

70 ml almond milk

2 tbsp cocoa

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

A pinch of salt

100 g dark chocolate

PREPARATION:

For the banana bread, mix 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed with 6 tablespoons of water and let it sit for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175°C and prepare a loaf pan. Blend the bananas and combine them with the flaxseed eggs, gingerbread cream, melted vegan butter, and almond milk. In a separate bowl, combine the oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cocoa, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir briefly without overmixing. Pour the batter into the pan and bake the banana bread for 45-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler and spread it over the banana bread. Done!
