Ingredients

200 g oat flour

100 g coconut flour

100 ml oat milk

3 ripe bananas

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon baking powder

pinch of salt

FOR THE GINGERBREAD SWIRL

50 g coconut blossom sugar

1 teaspoon gingerbread spice

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.

Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add the remaining dough ingredients to the bananas and mix well until a sticky dough forms.

Grease a medium-sized loaf pan or line it with baking paper and add half of the dough.

Sprinkle the gingerbread swirl mixture onto the dough, then add the remaining dough. Use a fork to pull the dough into a spiral shape to create the swirl.

Bake the banana bread for about 40 minutes, let it cool and enjoy.
