Ingredients

80-100 g of sprouted oat flakes (these contain, among other things, more fiber)

2 tablespoons flaxseed

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

200-300 ml plant-based milk

Optional:

1 tablespoon protein powder

Put the oat flakes, linseed, chia seeds, Ceylon cinnamon and plant-based milk in a pot and simmer over low heat for about 5-10 minutes until it reaches a creamy consistency. Optionally, stir in some protein powder. If it is too thick, you can add a little more plant-based milk.
