INGREDIENTS:

200 g apple puree

200 g fine oat flakes

30 g getvuel vanilla protein powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1 medium carrot

30 g walnuts

1 tspVanilla Almond Cookie Spread     

350 ml plant-based milk

Topping:

100 g plant-based yogurt

80 g vegan cream cheese

optional: chopped walnuts

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Mix all ingredients until smooth. Bake for about 35–40 minutes, until golden brown and firm. Let the baked oatmeal cool and top with the yogurt and cream cheese topping. You can enjoy it immediately or store it in the refrigerator for meal prep.
