Ingredients

100 g dates

75 g pecans

50 g finely grated carrot

20 g coconut flour

10 g oat flakes

10 g coconut flakes

1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

1/2 teaspoon rice syrup

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 pinch of grated ginger

1 pinch of nutmeg

1 pinch of cardamom

1 pinch of salt

50g white chocolate

Optional toppings: flower petals, chopped pecans, coconut flakes

preparation

Blend all ingredients except the white chocolate in a blender until the mixture is easy to form.

Press into a bar mold or square baking pan and place in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and spread it over the solidified bars.

Decorate with toppings of your choice and store in the refrigerator.
