Ingredients

250 ml cashew milk

1 shot of espresso

1 date

1 frozen banana (approx. 100g)

30 g avocado

1 tsp Lini's Bites Cashew Caramel Spread

ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a high-performance blender/food processor and mix until creamy.

Anyone who isn't a morning person can top their shake with a cashew caramel drizzle and chopped cashews!

note

Instead of cashew milk, you can of course use any other plant-based milk. If you don't tolerate caffeine very well, decaffeinated espresso also tastes good in the shake and for more sweetness you can add 2 dates or even more of the spread. For an extra portion of protein, 1 tablespoon of protein powder in vanilla or chocolate flavor also works very well.
