Ingredients

80g oat flour

170g almond butter (other nut butter or tahini also works)

45ml maple syrup

1 pinch of salt

chocolate / chocolate chips

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Optional: lemon zest

preparation

First, mix the oat flour together with the almond butter and maple syrup in a bowl.

Add the pinch of salt, the baking powder and the lemon zest and mix into a sticky dough.
Then put the dough in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat and chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold them into the dough.

Form the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and then bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

The cookies are still a bit soft after 15 minutes, so let them cool down well and harden!
