Ingredients


250 g oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
170g unsalted vegan butter
60 g soy yogurt
250 g coconut blossom sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
100 g Dark Chocolinis
9-10 tbsp Hazelnut Dark Chocolate Spread

preparation

All ingredients except the spread and theLini's Bites Dark ChocolinisMix to form a dough. Finely chop the Chocolinis and fold into the dough. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 180° C. Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Take a large ball of cookie dough and use your thumb to make a well in the middle of the dough. Add 1 tbsp of Hazelnut Dark Chocolate Spread and cover completely with cookie dough.

Place the cookie dough balls on the baking sheet, about 4-5 cm apart, and bake for about 13 minutes. Top with a pinch of sea salt and enjoy!
