INGREDIENTS:

120 g oat flakes
300-400 ml plant-based milk

Vanilla Almond Cookie Spread

Optional:
1-2 tablespoons protein powder
1 banana (or other fruit)
100-200 g plant-based yogurt

PREPARATION:

Bring the oatmeal to a boil with the milk and banana. Simmer on low heat (don't overheat, otherwise it will quickly become very "babyy" and stick to the bottom) for about 5-10 minutes. Finally, stir in the protein powder and yogurt and top with the spread (or stir it in right away). Then just enjoy!
