Ingredients

75 g oat flour

65 g ground almonds

35 g coconut blossom sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

30 ml maple syrup

30 ml liquid coconut oil

25 g cocoa powder (for the dark dough)

CHOCOLATE FILLING:

30-40g Hazelnut Dark Chocolate Spread

JAM FILLING:

60 g frozen berries

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

1 teaspoon maple syrup

preparation

Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat.

Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add maple syrup and coconut oil and knead well to form a dough.

Form the dough into balls (the balls should not be too big). Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Use the end of a wooden spoon to make a well in the middle of each ball.

Now fill each cavity with the filling of your choice and then bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes.

note

It's up to you which filling you choose. Of course, you can also choose just one filling.
