FOR THE BASE

50 gDark Chocolate Chocolinis

70 g oat flour

1 teaspoon instant espresso

1Lini's Bites Hazelnut Nougat Bar

FOR THE TOPPING

25 g hazelnut butter

25 g Dark Chocolate Chocolinis

cocoa nibs

preparation

Melt the Chocolinis and mix them together with the oat flour and instant espresso in a bowl.

Cut the hazelnut bar into cubes and fold into the mixture.

Press the dough into a pan lined with baking paper.

For the topping, melt the Chocolinis and mix with the hazelnut butter.

Pour the chocolate hazelnut topping over the base, then top with cocoa nibs and chill until the topping has hardened.

If you don't like coffee, you can of course leave it out and use a little more gluten-free flour or oat flour instead.
