INGREDIENTS:       

120 g oat flour

30getvuel High Protein Powder       

2 tsp cream of tartar baking powder

150g ripe banana

50 g soy curd

1 tbsp cornstarch

100 ml plant milk

1 pinch of sea salt

PREPARATION:
Mash the banana in a large bowl with a fork until smooth. Combine all ingredients and let rest for about 10 minutes. If the batter is too thick, add a little more plant-based milk. In the meantime, preheat the waffle iron and rub it with a little coconut oil. Pour 1/4 of the batter into the waffle iron in batches and bake until the waffle is golden brown. Carefully loosen the batter from the waffle iron with a knife and remove it. The waffle will still be a bit soft, but will crisp up after cooling briefly.
