Ingredients

200 ml plant drink

100 ml of water

1 frozen banana (~ 100-120g)

50 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)

1 tbspLini's Bites Cashew Caramel Spread(~ 20g)

1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)

1/2 teaspoon maca powder (optional)

preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor or high-performance blender until the shake has a consistency that is comfortable for you to drink. If you prefer your shake a little more liquid, you can simply add 50-100ml more milk or water.
