Ingredients
INGREDIENTS FOR THE SOIL:
100 g (soaked) dates (you can also use soft dates)
100 g almonds
25 g cocoa powder
INGREDIENTS FOR THE BERRY LAYER:
150 g frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Dark Chocolate Chocolinis or Cashew Caramel Spread for decoration
preparation
Mix the soaked dates, almonds and cocoa powder in a blender until they form a mixture. Press the mixture into a baking dish lined with baking paper.
Heat the frozen raspberries in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the maple syrup and chia seeds and stir constantly until it becomes a kind of jam.
Pour the finished jam onto the bottom of the mold and place in the freezer for at least an hour.
Take the mold out of the freezer and lift out the bite with the baking paper to cut it into small bites.
Depending on what you decide, melt some chocolate or use our cashew spread and spread it over the bites - decorate with nuts, etc. as desired.
