Ingredients

125 g oat flour

2 tablespoons coconut blossom sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

60 g apple puree

125 ml oat milk

Optional raisins

Serve with almond flakes and apple puree

First mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the wet ingredients.

Mix everything well and let it swell for a short while.

Heat coconut oil in a pan and add the dough.

Cook over medium heat. As soon as bubbles form, flip the giant pancake.

Bake briefly and then tear into pieces. Sprinkle with apple puree and flaked almonds.
