Ingredients

3 ripe bananas (approx. 400 g)

2 carrots (approx. 160 g)

250 g oat flakes

100 g apple puree

50 g raisins

5 tablespoons rice syrup

1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

1 pinch of salt

preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.

Peel the bananas and mix them in a food processor or blender. If you don't have one, you can put the bananas in a baking bowl and mash them with a fork.

Grate the carrots and add them to the bananas.

Now add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Form the dough into small balls with your hands and place them on the baking tray. Squash them with your hands so that they take on a cookie shape.

Bake the cookies for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove the baking sheet and let the cookies cool for about 10 minutes.
