Ingredients

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CUPS:

30 ml coconut milk

55 g coconut oil

60 g peanut butter

155 g maple syrup

90 g oat flour

100 g rice flour

20 g coconut blossom sugar

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHOCOLATE FILLING

60 g Dark Chocolate Chocolinis

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.

Put the coconut oil and coconut milk in a saucepan and heat on a low heat. Add the peanut butter and maple syrup and stir well.

Put the remaining ingredients in a bowl and add the liquid ingredients. Mix everything well.

Put 2/3 of the batter into the muffin tins and place two Chocolinis in each one. Add a little more batter and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool well.

Warm peanut biscuits with liquid chocolate filling - there's almost nothing more to say! The cups were eaten up in our office within a day. Definitely the perfect snack for a little midday slump. YUMMY!
