Ingredients

80 g ground almonds

100 g oat flour

80 g cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 pinch of salt

200 g cooked chestnuts

200 g soft dates

90 ml maple syrup

100gDark Chocolate Chocolinis

preparation

Preheat the oven to 175° top/bottom heat.

Put ground almonds, oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix together.

Place the chestnuts and dates in a food processor and gradually add the maple syrup.

Add the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.

Place the dough in a pan lined with baking paper and bake for about 40 minutes.

Allow the brownies to cool down well and in the meantime let the Chocolinis melt.

Spread the chocolate over the brownies and let it dry.
