Ingredients

BASE:

80 g oat flakes

30 g tahini

60 ml maple syrup

50 gDark Chocolate Chocolinis, roughly chopped

Vanilla

CARAMEL:

50 g tahini

25 ml maple syrup

GLAZE

75gDark Chocolate Chocolinis

Mix the ingredients for the base together in a bowl.

Press the dough into a pan lined with baking paper.

Mix the tahini and maple syrup together until it reaches a caramel consistency.

Spread the caramel on the base and place the mold in the freezer for about half an hour.

Melt the Chocolinis, take the mold out of the freezer and pour the melted chocolate over it.

About Nut-free caramel bars with chocolate pieces

This chocolatey and caramel snack is perfect for anyone who is allergic to nuts, as it contains no nuts at all! The base and the caramel layer are made with sesame paste (tahini) and are therefore nut-free.
The sweet bars can be prepared with just a few ingredients and are ready in no time.
You don't have to bake the snack because it just needs to be chilled and is therefore easy to prepare and store.
