Ingredients

225 g frozen banana

150 g frozen cherries

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1/4 avocado

1 date

100 ml plant-based milk

preparation

Puree all ingredients in a blender until creamy.

Pour into a bowl and serve with toppings of your choice. Very important: Don't forget a big dollop of peanut butter!

About Peanut Butter Cherry Smoothie Bowl

Finally summer time!
With the warm temperatures, we love to eat something refreshing for breakfast and since the combination of cherries and peanut butter is already unbeatable, there was no way around serving them together as a smoothie bowl.
