Ingredients

200 g peanuts

50 g oat flakes

50 g peanut butter

100 ml rice syrup

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 pinch of salt

Put the oat flakes and 150 g peanuts in the blender until everything is finely chopped. Add the peanut butter, rice syrup and cocoa powder with a pinch of sea salt and mix. If the mixture is too sticky, you can add a little more oat flakes.

Form the mixture into balls of equal size.

Put the remaining 50 g of peanuts back into the blender and chop into smaller pieces.

Place the small peanut pieces on a plate and roll the balls in it until they are completely coated with peanut pieces.
