Ingredients
115 g peanut butter (crunchy)
100 g oat flour
50 ml maple syrup
50 g peanuts
FOR THE GLAZE:
100 g dark chocolate
optional peanuts
preparation
Put the peanut butter, oat flour and maple syrup in a bowl and mix well. Then add the peanuts and work well into the dough.
Line a baking pan with baking paper and press the mixture into the pan. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate and spread it over the bites. Optionally, you can sprinkle a handful of peanuts over the chocolate.
Place in the refrigerator to allow the chocolate to harden.
