Ingredients

For the floor:


200 g almonds


40 g cocoa powder


1 pinch of salt


150 g dates


2 tablespoons peanut butter


For the peanut layer:


200 g peanut butter


1 tablespoon coconut oil


For the strawberry layer:


250 g frozen strawberries


1 tablespoon chia seeds


2 tablespoons maple syrup


100 gLini's Bites Dark Chocolate Chocolinis

For the base, mix all the ingredients in a blender until they form a sticky mass and press it into a baking dish lined with baking paper. Then place in the freezer.

Place the peanut butter and coconut oil together in a saucepan until melted, then spread over the bottom and place back in the freezer.

For the strawberry layer, heat the strawberries in a saucepan and simmer for a few minutes. Mash with a fork, stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup, spread over the peanut layer and place back in the freezer until firm.

Melt the Chocolinis and spread them over the strawberry layer. When the chocolate has set, cut into bars and enjoy!
