Lini's Bites Bananenbrot
Since the first lockdown at the latest, baking banana bread has become a trend. But there's really nothing like a super juicy piece of banana bread.
This banana bread is conjured up in no time and tastes just heavenly with it. So if you haven't baked banana bread before, then be sure to try this recipe!
banana bread
3 very ripe small-medium-sized bananas + 1 banana for garnish
175 ml of oat milk
175 g dates (I use Medjool dates)
160 g of oat flour
200 g ground almonds
A pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Stone the dates and place in the blender with the oat milk and bananas and puree until everything is crushed and a creamy mixture is formed. Mix everything together and stir well.
Then pour into a baking pan lined with baking paper or greased with coconut oil. Halve the banana and press it into the batter. Bake for about 30-40 minutes.
If you like it less juicy, you can leave it in the oven for 10 minutes longer.
