Ingredients

3 very ripe medium-sized bananas + 1 for decoration

175ml oat milk

175g dates

160g oat flour

200g ground almonds

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 pinch of salt

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.

Mix all dry ingredients together.

Pit the dates and put them in the blender with the oat milk and bananas and puree until everything is chopped and a creamy mixture is formed. Mix everything together and stir well.

Then pour into a baking pan lined with baking paper or greased with coconut oil. Halve the banana and press it into the dough. Bake for about 30-40 minutes.

If you like it less juicy, you can leave it in the oven for 10 minutes longer.

1 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
