Ingredients

1 can of chickpeas

250 g dates

2 frozen bananas

25 g cocoa powder

1-3 tablespoons maple syrup

20 g hazelnut butter

2 Lini's Bites Hazelnut Nougat Choc Bars

Rinse the chickpeas (from the jar or can) well in a sieve. Put them in a food processor together with the frozen bananas, the dates, the hazelnut butter and the cocoa powder and mix well. Add a little maple syrup every now and then, depending on how well the mixture mixes. Mix until you have a smooth dough.

Once the mixture is well mixed, cut the Lini's Bites bar of your choice (we used Hazelnut-Choc) into pieces, add it and mix briefly.

Pour the chocolate cookie dough into small glasses and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, you can cut a Lini's Bites Hazelnut Choc bar into five small pieces and then place it on the chocolate cookie dough.
