Ingredients

100 g oat flour

50 g buckwheat flour

100 g ground hazelnuts

85 ml maple syrup

25 ml coconut oil

20 g hazelnut butter

25 g cocoa powder

50 g Dark Chocolate Chocolinis

preparation

Knead all ingredients together and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top/bottom heat.

Form small sticks from the dough and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Check the oven every now and then to make sure they don't get too dark or too hard.

Allow to cool briefly and melt the Chocolinis in the meantime.

Dip one side into the melted chocolate and then allow to cool and dry on a rack.

Add any toppings you like (e.g. ground nuts) to the still liquid chocolate to decorate.
