Ingredients

100 g oat flour

50 g almond flour

50 g nut butter

40 g birch sugar

30 g coconut blossom sugar

2 chia eggs (2 tablespoons chia seeds soaked in 6 tablespoons water)

50 ml almond milk

15 ml coconut oil

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 pinch of salt

1 Lini's Bites bar of your choice

preparation

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees top and bottom heat.

Mix the flour, erythritol, coconut blossom sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add the nut butter, chia eggs, almond milk and liquid coconut oil, mix everything well and leave to "set" for about 15 minutes.

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut your favorite Linis Bites bar into small pieces. Form the dough flat in the palm of your hand (this should make about 15 cookies), add Linis Bites pieces, close the dough around the outside to form a kind of ball and place it on the baking tray.

Bake for about 15 minutes and let cool well.
