Ingredients

200 g dates

130 g puffed quinoa

2 teaspoons gingerbread spice

2 tablespoons coconut flakes

Place the pitted dates in the food processor and mix into a sticky mass.

Add the puffed quinoa and gingerbread spice and mix everything together. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more puffed quinoa.

Form the dough into balls of equal size.

Roll about half of the balls in coconut flakes and place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
