Ingredients

120 g oat flour

130 g ground almonds

80 g coconut blossom sugar

1 flaxseed egg

100 ml rice syrup

3 tablespoons melted coconut oil

2 tablespoons cinnamon

FOR THE GLAZE

80 g birch powdered sugar

20 ml lemon juice

preparation

First mix the dry ingredients. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead into a dough. Place the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees top/bottom heat.

Roll out the dough on a little flour. Use a cookie cutter to cut out stars and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 8 minutes and allow to cool completely.

For the glaze, mix the birch icing sugar with the lemon juice, coat the cinnamon stars with it and let it dry.
