Our Caramella Ice Cream Bars consist of a layer of irresistibly creamy caramel ice cream resting on a fine oat flake and almond base. Covered in crunchy dark chocolate sweetened with date sugar, these bars offer a perfect contrast between sweet caramel and bitter chocolate.

When will the ice cream bars be shipped?

We ship with refrigerated shipping . Shipping (we only ship in Germany) is always from Monday to Thursday via DPD Express. Delivery normally takes place the following day, i.e. from Tuesday to Friday. No packages containing ice cream bars are delivered on Mondays and Saturdays.

Please track your package using the tracking service and make sure you are at home when the package is due to arrive so that you can put your ice cream bars in your freezer as quickly as possible.

How do the ice cream bars stay frozen?

To ensure that the ice cream bars arrive frozen, we ship them with dry ice. Please dispose of the dry ice bag as soon as you open your package.

From now on, the ice cream bars are available in boxes of 4 .

How much does shipping cost?

The cost for frozen delivery of a box of Ice Cream Bars is €10.95. For a shopping cart value of €50 or more you only pay €6.95 and for orders over €70 we cover the costs for you.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Because of the frozen delivery, the shipping route cannot be too long, otherwise it cannot be guaranteed that the ice cream bars will actually arrive frozen. Shipping is limited to Germany .

Does the package have to be received directly and personally?

No, the dry ice we use to ship keeps the ice cream bars frozen for 48 hours. Nevertheless, the package should not be left outside or exposed to the sun for too long and the ice cream bars should be put in the freezer as soon as possible.

How long do the ice cream bars last?

Stored in the freezer at -18 degrees, the ice cream bars will last for 12 months.
