How much does frozen shipping cost?

Please note that we ship our Ice Cream Bars frozen via DPD Express. The cost for frozen shipping within Germany is €9.99; for a shopping cart value of €50 or more, you only pay €6.99, and for €75 or more, we cover the costs for you. Please note that unfortunately, shipping to Sylt is not possible.

The cost for frozen shipping to Austria is €14.99; for a shopping cart value of €75 or more, you only pay €9.99, and for €100 or more, we cover the costs for you.

Shipping to parcel lockers is unfortunately not possible.

How fast are the Ice Cream Bars shipped?

We ship via frozen shipping. Shipping to DE always takes place from Monday to Thursday (to AT from Monday to Wednesday) via DPD Express. Delivery takes place within 24 hours of dispatch. No packages with ice products are delivered on Mondays and Saturdays. In Austria, no packages with ice products are delivered on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Please track your package via shipment tracking and make sure you are at home when the package is expected to arrive, so you can place your Ice Cream Bars in your freezer as quickly as possible.

Which countries do you ship the Ice Cream Bars to?

Due to frozen shipping, the shipping route must not be too long, otherwise it cannot be guaranteed that the Ice Cream Bars will arrive frozen. Shipping is currently limited to Germany (excluding the North Frisian Islands, such as Föhr and Sylt) and Austria.

Does the package have to be received directly and personally?

Ideally, you should accept your package in person so that the ice cream bars can be placed in the freezer as quickly as possible.

How do the Ice Cream Bars stay frozen?

To ensure your Ice Cream Bars arrive frozen, we ship them with dry ice. Please dispose of the dry ice as soon as you open your package.

How long do the Ice Cream Bars last?

Stored in the freezer at -18 degrees Celsius, the Ice Cream Bars will last for 12 months.

Why aren't the ice cream bars gluten-free?

Our Ice Cream Bars are made according to a recipe that does not contain gluten-containing ingredients. However, they are produced in an environment where gluten-containing products are also processed.

Therefore, we cannot completely rule out the presence of minimal traces of gluten – and, for legal reasons, we are not permitted to label the bars as gluten-free.

Transparency is particularly important to us:

While all other products in our range are gluten-free, we deliberately label the Ice Cream Bars differently so that people with celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance can make an informed decision.

Of course, our Ice Cream Bars remain 100% vegan and made from organic ingredients.

Will last year's Ice Cream Bar flavors be available again?

Last year's flavours will unfortunately not be returning. However, Lemon Cheesecake and Tiramisu have been newly added! ✨
