    How much does frozen shipping cost?

    Please note that we ship our Ice Cream Bars and Gelato Pralines using refrigerated DPD Express shipping. The cost for refrigerated shipping within Germany is €9.99; for orders over €50, you only pay €6.99, and for orders over €75, we cover the costs for you. Please note that unfortunately, shipping to Sylt is not possible.

    The cost for refrigerated shipping to Austria is €14.99; for orders over €75, you only pay €9.99, and for orders over €100, we cover the costs for you.

    Shipping to packing stations is excluded.

    How quickly are the Pralinis Gelato shipped?

    We ship via frozen delivery. Shipping always takes place from Monday to Thursday via DPD Express. Delivery occurs within 24 hours of dispatch. No packages with Ice Cream Bars and Pralinis Gelato are delivered on Mondays and Saturdays.

    Please track your package using the tracking number and make sure you are at home when the package is due to arrive so you can put your Ice Cream Bars and Pralinis Gelato into the freezer as soon as possible.

    Which countries do you deliver the Pralinis Gelato to?

    Due to frozen shipping, the shipping time must not be too long, otherwise it cannot be guaranteed that the Ice Cream Bars and Pralinis Gelato will arrive truly frozen. Shipping is currently limited to Germany (excluding Sylt) and Austria.

    Does the package have to be received directly and personally?

    Ideally, you will accept your package in person. If this is not possible, the dry ice will keep the products frozen for up to 48 hours from shipment. Nevertheless, the package should not be left outside for too long. Please put the Ice Cream Bars and Pralinis Gelato into your freezer as quickly as possible.

    How do the Gelato Pralines stay frozen?

    To ensure that the Ice Cream Bars and Pralinis Gelato arrive frozen, we ship with dry ice. Please dispose of the dry ice as soon as you open your package.

    How long do Pralini Gelato last?

    When stored in the freezer at -18 degrees, Pralinis Gelato will keep for 18 months.

    Why aren't the Pralinis Gelato gluten-free?

    Our Ice Cream Bars and Pralinis Gelato are made according to recipes that do not contain gluten-containing ingredients. However, they are produced in a manufacturing environment where gluten-containing products are also processed.

    Therefore, we cannot completely rule out the presence of minimal traces of gluten – and are legally not allowed to declare the Ice Cream Bars and Pralinis Gelato as gluten-free.

    Transparency is particularly important to us:

    While all other products in our range are gluten-free, we consciously label the Ice Cream Bars and Pralinis Gelato differently so that people with celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance can make a safe decision.

    Of course, our Ice Cream Bars and Pralinis Gelato remain 100% vegan and made from organic ingredients.
