Your tasks:
- You will expand our influencer portfolio by selecting and approaching new influencers
- You maintain existing influencer collaborations with the aim of building long-term relationships
- You develop and implement innovative influencer marketing strategies
- You manage influencer marketing activities, evaluate their performance and derive optimization measures
- You plan and control budgets
- You observe the market and identify new potentials and developments in influencer marketing
This is what you bring with you:
- You have 2+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing
- You have already strategically built and developed influencer marketing in another company
- You are familiar with social networks and the influencer market
- You know the KPIs in influencer marketing, think analytically and work data-driven
- You have experience in negotiating influencer collaborations
- You have very good communication and presentation skills
- You love developing and implementing new innovative approaches
- You have a structured way of working and are characterized by your strong team spirit
- You are an organizational talent and work independently, structured and carefully even in a dynamic environment
- You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- You have a passion for healthy eating and are interested in current food trends
- Experience in the food and/or supplement industry is an advantage (but not a prerequisite)
