Your tasks:
- You support the production of our Lini's Bites snacks and help to optimize the processes
- You will be responsible for operating the operating facilities and, for example, managing the supply of raw materials and products
- You help with quality control and assurance
- You are responsible for the guidance and further development of the employees in your area of responsibility
- You ensure order, cleanliness and safety in accordance with operational guidelines and legal requirements
- You support the preparation of the packaging process as well as the sorting and initial packaging of products
Your profile:
- You have training in the practical field of food processing (baker, confectioner or food technician) or comparable
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You have technical understanding
- You have a dynamic personality with a hands-on mentality, independent and team-oriented working style and a feel for efficient solutions
- You know how to set priorities and divide tasks sensibly
- You work independently and in a structured manner and can handle time pressure
- You have very good German skills (spoken and written)
