Your tasks:
- You take care of the careful recording and management of all incoming and outgoing invoices and receipts
- You take over the processing of payment transactions
- You are responsible for account reconciliation and monitoring of open item lists
- You take care of the payroll accounting in coordination with our tax advisor
- You help with the preparation of financial reports such as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Your profile:
- You have completed commercial training, a degree in business administration or comparable qualifications
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in accounting
- You have very good knowledge of internal and external accounting and corresponding data entry in e.g. DATEV
- Your way of working is characterized by accuracy and structure
- You work independently and reliably
- You have very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
